To register for the ESGCT Congress, you will need to login to your ESGCT user account, or create an ESGCT user account if you do not already have one. To create a new user account, open the registration link above and under "I am new to this site and need a login" click "Create an Account".
Registration is in English and the Congress currency is EURO €
Early-bird registration rates
All registrations receive the early-bird registration discount rate up to and including the day announced as the early-bird deadline. Payment for early-bird invoices are due within 2 weeks of the invoice date. Early-bird invoices that are left unpaid by this deadline will be changed to the standard congress registration rate.
Abstracts can be submitted once your congress registration is complete; you will be able to submit your abstract as part of the Congress registration process. Delegates must be registered for the Congress prior to submitting an abstract. Registrations must be paid for based on the general payment guidelines for all registrations; however those submitting abstracts can avail of a full refund should their abstract not be selected for oral or poster presentations and the delegate no longer wishes to attend the Congress.

Payment by credit or debit card is preferred and will ensure your registration is activated immediately; our payment services are handled by STRIPE. Please note that you do NOT need to have an account with STRIPE in order to use this service.
Payments by bank transfer must be received within 2 weeks of your invoice date.
Early-bird registrations must be paid in full by 2 weeks after the early bird deadline otherwise they will be changed to the regular congress rate.
All unpaid registrations for which correspondence has not been received 10 days before the event will be deleted.
Invoices are available to view and download from the 'Orders' page in your online ESGCT account. PLEASE NOTE that no separate invoices will be created or sent by the congress office.
Once payment has been received you will be sent a payment confirmation email.
Refunds will be provided as follows:
for cancellations received 3 months prior to event - 95% refund
for cancellations received 2 months prior to event - 80% refund
for cancellations received 1 month prior to event - 50% refund
for cancellations received 14 days prior to the event - 25% refund
for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event - NO REFUND
Event cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Where possible refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt; however based on timing and congress workload, refunds may not be processed until after the congress.

A Certificate of Attendance and a Certificate of Presentation (where applicable) will be available in your 'Congress Materials' in your online ESGCT account after the event.
