Presentation information

Oral presentations

There will be up to 4 selected oral presentations at the end of most parallel sessions. Selected oral presentations are formal 15 minute sessions with a 10 minute presentation, given in English, and 5 minutes for Q&A. Presenters are required to disclose any potential conflicts at the beginning of their presentation. If you are selected for oral presentation you will receive full details and instructions by email.  PPT slide need to be prepared in a 16-9 format.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be made in a single A0 size (841mm wide x 1189mm high), portrait orientation. If your poster does not match these dimensions we cannot guarantee that it will fit the poster boards. The posters will be presented in two poster sessions. Poster presenters will be assigned a poster session in September. It is crucial that you print your poster on light paper which will be easy to stick to the poster boards.  Heavy paper or cloths have a tendency of spending most of the congress on the floor.

 

Poster presenters will also have the option to upload a PDF version of their poster to the Congress mobile app.

If you wish to print your poster in Rome we will add some suggestions of printers in conveniently located shops.
