Oral presentations

Oral presentation slots are outlined in the programme with the prefix "OR...." (usually there are 4 selected oral presentations in most parallel sessions). Selected oral presentations are formal 15 minute sessions with a 10 minute presentation, given in English, and 5 minutes for Q&A. Presenters are required to disclose any potential conflicts at the beginning of their presentation. If you are selected for oral presentation you will receive full details and instructions by email. PowerPoint slides need to be prepared in a 16-9 format.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be made in a single A0 size (841mm wide x 1189mm high), portrait orientation. If your poster does not match these dimensions we cannot guarantee that it will fit the poster boards. The posters will be presented in the designated Poster Sessions as outlined in the programme. Poster presenters will be assigned a poster session by early September. It is crucial that you print your poster on light paper which will be easy to stick to the poster boards. Heavy paper or cloths have a tendency of spending most of the congress on the floor.​​

VERY IMPORTANT: They need the poster in PDF and in the desired size (A0: 84.1cm wide x 118.9cm high).

When your poster is ready, they will notify you through WhatsApp or email so you can collect it. Home delivery is also available at an extra cost.
