Depending on the sponsorship level, ESGCT Congress sponsors are entitled to a number of free registrations and subsequent registrations at a reduced fee. Our sponsor lead contacts will receive appropriate discount codes. If you are registering from a sponsoring organisation, please contact the person in your team in charge of sponsorships for details, or contact us.
If you have been invited to speak at our meeting as an Invited Speaker (i.e. not an abstract selected for oral presentation) you will receive a voucher code for free registration. If you are not sure please contact Gaëlle for more details.
ESGCT student members whose abstracts are accepted for an oral or a poster presentation can attend the congress free of charge!
You MUST hold a PAID ESGCT student membership.
If you are intending to submit an abstract, select this category during registration. If your abstract is rejected, you will have the option of changing to a regular fee-paying registration, or cancelling.
The student receiving the free registration must be the PRESENTER of this abstract whether it is an ORAL presentation or a POSTER presentation.
Student members who are NOT intending to submit an abstract must select the usual fee-paying category.
