The ESGCT Congress App
Install the ESGCT Congress mobile app to view the programme, plan your schedule, find and chat with other delegates and more.
Please note the congress app is available for registered delegates only.
1. Install the ESGCT Congress app
Search 'ESGCT 2025' in the App Store/Google Play and install the app (or update to the latest version if you already have an ESGCT Congress app installed from a previous year).
2. How to log in to the app
You will need your Congress badge to access the app. If you do not yet have your downloadable badge document, log in to your Congress registration account, and your badge is listed in the panel on the left side of the page. If your badge is not there, please go to 'Your Registrations' and check there are no outstanding payments, or contact us at events@esgct.eu for assistance.
Please note: Once you have logged into the app for the first time, you will be listed and visible in the app attendee list (even after you log out).
Logging into the app with your Congress badge:

Your registration code is the 7-digit number listed under the QR code on your badge. Enter this number and click 'Validate'.

Alternatively, select 'Scan my badge' to use your phone camera to scan the QR code on your badge to login to the app.
3. News and notifications

Check the Notifications page for the latest Congress news and notifications.

We recommend that you allow notifications from the Congress app, so that you are alerted of important announcements while the event is taking place - e.g. room changes, timing changes, etc.
On iOS
Open your phone 'Settings' and go to 'Notifications' to find a list of apps on your device. Click the ESGCT app and "Allow Notifications".
On Android
Open 'Settings' and go to 'Apps' to find a list of apps on your device. Select the ESGCT app, click 'Notifications' and 'Allow Notifications'.
4. Select favourite sessions, presentations and abstracts
From 1 October 2025 you will be able to view the interactive programme and abstracts, and mark your favourite sessions, presentations and abstracts to allow you to easily find them in the app.
5. Adding sessions to your calendar
From 1 October 2025 you will be able to view the interactive programme and add sessions to your device calendar.
6. Connecting with other delegates
Find and connect with other delegates at the Congress.
Please note: Only the delegates who have installed the app will be listed, and you can only chat with delegates who accept your connection invitation.
7. Your profile

Select 'My Profile' to update your app profile details and to upload a profile photo, which will display in the attendee list in the Networking pages. (If you are not able to select a profile photo from your library, check that the app has permission to access your photos in your device's general settings).

Select 'My Notes' to email yourself a copy of your congress notes.
