Dr. Andrea Annoni is research scientist at San Raffaele Telethon Institute for gene therapy. He studied Biology at University of Milan and obtained PhD in Immunology and applied biotechnology from the University of Tor Vergata, Rome. He focused his studies on the characterization and modulation immune responses evocated by in vivo LV gene therapy and definition of gene transfer-based strategies for the induction of Ag-specific tolerance to prevent and correct autoimmunity.
