GenoTher is France’s national biocluster dedicated exclusively to genetic medicine, based in the Paris region.

As part of the France 2030 initiative, GenoTher’s mission is to accelerate the development and adoption of genetic medicines across the entire value chain—from scientific innovation to patient access.

It brings together leading public and private stakeholders, both in France and internationally, within a single collaborative ecosystem.

To achieve this ambition, GenoTher is investing €140 million over five years, funded equally by the French government and private partners, to:

• Provide cutting-edge technology platforms and expertise to accelerate R&D and reduce manufacturing costs.

• Improve access to patient data, digital solutions, and regulatory expertise to streamline and accelerate clinical development.

• Support high-potential start-ups and future industry leaders through specialized incubation, acceleration, and training programs.

By fostering collaboration, innovation, and industrial excellence, GenoTher aims to strengthen France’s leadership in genetic medicine and accelerate the delivery of transformative therapies to patients.
