Trince, a spin-off company from University of Gent developed a benchtop device for high-throughput delivery of molecules combining laser illumination and nano technology.

It ensures a gentle transfection at the single-cell or whole culture level, maximizing the therapeutic quality of the final cell product (Cell Therapy). Our technology has already demonstrated its effectiveness in delivering various payloads such as siRNA, mRNA, and CRISPR/Cas RNPs to both suspension and adherent cells in their standard cell culture medium and vessel (wells plate). Cytosolic delivery of fluorescent nanobodies and antibodies for drug discovery, sub-cellular/cellular imaging or even in-vivo imaging has also been documented and published.
