Helena Florindo is a Full Professor and Vice‑Dean at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon, and leads the BioNanoSciences – Drug Delivery & Immunoengineering Group at iMed.ULisboa. Her research focuses on functionalized nanomaterials for infectious disease and cancer therapies, including nano‑vaccines and nano‑immunomodulators targeting key cells in the tumor microenvironment. She also serves on INFARMED’s Evaluation Board and as an expert to the European Medicines Agency.
