Clara Schoeder studied pharmacy at the University of Kiel and obtained a PhD in Pharmacy from University of Bonn in 2017. From 2018-2021, she was a post-doctoral fellow at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Since 2021 she has been establishing her laboratory at Leipzig University, being promoted to Assistant Professor in 2023. Generating new drug molecules has remaind her major focus, now using computational methods including artificial intelligence to design immunotherapeutic protein drugs.
